"RCMetroCitizens in Transition" provides a system from monitoring with sustainability carriers e indicators capable of providing effective references and guidelines for design and vision choices for the Metropolitan Strategic Plan of the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria.

In May 2021 , the construction phase of the reference areas of the Agenda and the structure of the document was started, through in-depth and study activities useful for its drafting and for the activities carried out on the occasion of the scheduled activities of Knowledge Metrocity, of Co-Design and relationship with the drafting of the Metropolitan Strategic Plan (PSM).
On February 24, 2022 , the Director of the Department of Architecture and Territory - dArTe of the Univ. "Mediterranea" of Reggio Calabria, prof. A. Santini and the Manager of Sector 10-Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria, Ing. P. Fotis , signed the Convention agreement on the program of research and transfer activities on the themes of the strategic guidelines of Agenda 2030 for the implementation of the SNSvS - National Strategy on Sustainable Development for guidelines and monitoring, through the system of Sustainability Vectors, to vision projects of the PSM and territorial investments with competitive lines in the metropolitan area (PNRR, POR Calabria 21-27, ReactEU ...).
The document, presented by Prof. C. Nava, (scientific director), illustrates the research project called " Sustainable Assessment - Goals Metrocity ", activated in cascade by the activities with which ABITAlab is already present at the national table of MiTe DG VI - Ministry of Ecological Transition with the pilot project "RC Metro Citizens in Transition".
