The participation of the Civic Ecosystem of the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria (associations, groups, entities, local organizations, etc.) refers to the Category of shares B ("Civil Society Involvement") for the transfer of knowledge (information and training) , on all thematic areas of the National and Regional Sustainable Development Strategy.
There is a double level of involvement of associations, organizations, groups, etc. in the Civic Ecosystem (see Expression of interest in joining the project of 05 August 2020 at this link ):

In April 2003, at the behest of all the friends, the "Amici di Montalto "; it wants to give more consistency to the work that has already been carried out for many years both to care for and protect the Montalto site, and to be an active part in safeguarding and controlling the ecosystem Aspromontano, reporting the environmental problems that are present on it, collaborating in this with the Aspromonte National Park Authority with other hiking and environmental associations, with the Metropolitan city of Reggio Calabria and with all the other entities that love this wonderful and particular mountain: from the sea to its summit.

The Arcigay “I due Mari” committee of Reggio Calabria is a non-profit LGBTI association belonging to the national Arcigay federation. It is made up of activists and volunteers and works throughout the metropolitan area of Reggio Calabria. It fights for equal rights, self-determination, the overcoming of discrimination and violence against the LGBTI community, promotes policies of social inclusion and full equality for everyone. Every year it organizes numerous cultural and educational initiatives and carries out social innovation and cooperation projects with local and national realities. The ASD Archi Club was born from the desire to revitalize the district of Archi, over the years the association has promoted the Memorial Ciccio Gatto which has been taking place for 13 years and which involves several young people in the neighborhood; the club played in two CSI basketball championships, reaching the provincial finals and a FIP Promotion championship, reaching the promotion playoffs for Serie D. The Cultural Association "Nicola Spadaro" Delianuova was born from a brilliant intuition of Doctor Giuseppe Scerra, pharmacist from Delia, after almost half a century of musical void in the town of Aspromonte. The founding members of the Cultural Association 'Nicola Spadaro' entrust to two young Masters, Gaetano Pisano and Maurizio Managò, the task of training new students: almost a hundred very young people enroll in music courses and, with a lot of commitment and dedication on the part of everyone, after only a few months of study, about 80 of these young elements start playing together.

"Save Your Globe" is a non-profit organization whose aims are the protection of the environment and the fight against "climate change", the promotion of eco-sustainability and renewable energy, the enhancement of the territory and circular economy, the protection of health and quality of life, fully inspired by the objectives and targets of "AGENDA 2030". “Save Your Globe” symbolically takes its moves from Villa San Giovanni (RC), a city in Calabria and located on the Strait of Messina. “Save Your Globe” operates both nationally and internationally and adheres to other organizations and foundations that work in favor of the environment, the right to health, and social equity.

Arcangelo Michele is a social cooperative set up on 12 June 2006 by young social professionals in the city of Reggio Calabria. The services are provided through the work of the cooperative members and aimed at people in need, interventions to promote inclusive education and community culture, prevention and promotion of well-being and health. All the members have a strong associative path behind them and thanks to this experience they intend to offer, in terms of voluntary cooperation, an authentic contribution for the development and social requalification in the reference territory, aiming to reach a positive level of human enhancement. .
